Exchange / Refund Policy

Exchange Policy :

- The exchange query must be raised within 2 days from the date you received the parcel.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us once the query is raised.
- Shipping charges are not applicable in case of exchange
- The order once exchanged will not be eligible for exchange/ return again.
- The exchange order will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the returned packet.

Refund Policy :

- The return query must be raised within 2 days from the date you received the parcel.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- The refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned packet.

- Shipping charges of Rs.300 will be applicable for return.


Return & Replacement is not possible for International Orders
